Experience - 2 to 5 Year in IT sourcing & recruitment
Education- Any Graduate(MBA in HR will be preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Mode- Hybrid Mode
Roles and Responsibilities –
· Job Posting on various job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and others
· Scanning the responses to find matching profiles
· Short telephonic interview to get basic information about education, experience and family background
· Scheduling technical interviews and machine tests
· Follow-up for next round
· Sound Experience on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, other Social Media Platforms
· Collecting Job Requisition information from Team Lead
· Preparing Job Description
· Posting job requisitions in different portals, social and professional networking sites
· Creating talent pool of relevant resumes
· Conducting Physical and Telephonic screening for the most relevant candidates
· Setting up Interview schedule with client for respective positions via Telephone or in person
· Following up the candidates and client for completing entire recruitment process
· Negotiating with candidates on Offer release and closing prospective candidate against the Job requisition
· Following up with candidates for On Boarding and helping client HR team for regular communication for Documentation purpose.
· Responsible for developing recruitment database on various skills by using various sourcing techniques such as: head-hunting, job portals, Employee referrals and Advertisements.
