We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Specialist – Email & Call Support to manage customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Role & Responsibilities -
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, email, and chat support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints
- Respond to customer emails professionally and on time
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills -
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Email writing and customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask and solve customer issues
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate eligible
- Customer Service or BPO experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
