Job Responsibilities:
Handle purchase activities for raw materials, consumables, tools and other requirements. Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price and delivery timelines. Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors. Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely deliveries. Coordinate with Production, Stores and Accounts departments. Maintain vendor records, purchase documents and order status. Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
