Key Responsibilities
Security Compliance & Vulnerability Management
- Work closely with the Information Security team to review, analyze, and remediate VAPT findings and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure timely closure of Windows OS-related observations identified through VAPT assessments, audits, compliance reviews, and security scans.
- Implement Microsoft security hardening recommendations and industry best practices.
- Maintain compliance of Windows standalone servers and clustered environments with organizational security standards.
- Review and remediate security findings related to Windows operating systems, Active Directory, IIS, file servers, and supporting infrastructure components.
- Coordinate with Application Owners and DBAs to address middleware, database, and application-level vulnerabilities.
Patch Management
- Lead enterprise-wide Windows patch management activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly security patching and emergency patch deployments.
- Maintain the Windows patching tracker and compliance dashboard.
- Assess patch impacts and coordinate maintenance windows with business and application stakeholders.
- Validate successful deployment of patches and security updates.
- Generate periodic patch compliance and vulnerability remediation reports.
Ivanti Administration & Operations
- Manage, administer, and maintain the Ivanti Patch Management platform.
- Configure patch deployment policies, schedules, automation workflows, and compliance reporting.
- Monitor patch deployment success and troubleshoot failures.
- Ensure Ivanti infrastructure is maintained, upgraded, and operating efficiently.
- Develop and optimize patch deployment processes using Ivanti best practices
Change Management & ITSM
- Raise and manage ITSM tickets related to patching, vulnerability remediation, system upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
- Follow up on incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem records until closure.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational change management and governance processes.
- Participate in CAB meetings and provide technical impact assessments.
Incident Management & Problem Resolution
- Prepare and document rollback plans prior to patch deployment and major infrastructure changes.
- Lead recovery efforts in case of patching failures or service disruptions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents resulting from patching activities, configuration changes, or infrastructure failures.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Application Owners, DBAs, Security Teams, Network Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Coordinate maintenance windows patching and communicate planned activities to stakeholders.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements by providing technical evidence and documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022 or later).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Failover Clustering and High Availability solutions.
- Experience with Ivanti Patch Management and endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security hardening standards and vulnerability management processes.
- Experience in VAPT remediation and compliance management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VMware.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and middleware platforms.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI, SEBI, CIS Benchmarks.

- Timely closure of VAPT observations and security findings.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Infrastructure Operations.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator, ITIL, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
