Job Summary:
A Mentor is responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their learning journey by providing academic advice, motivation, and career guidance. The mentor helps students improve their performance, develop professional skills, and stay focused on achieving their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students in their academic and career development.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Conduct mentoring sessions to address academic challenges and personal development.
- Help students set learning goals and create action plans for improvement.
- Assist students in understanding course content and practical applications.
- Encourage students to participate in projects, activities, and skill development programs.
- Identify students facing difficulties and provide appropriate guidance or support.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure student success.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in mentoring, teaching, training, or student support roles
