We are looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the leadership team on strategic and operational priorities. This role requires a blend of structured thinking, strong execution capability, and the ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments.
You will play a critical role in driving key initiatives across business functions, ensuring alignment, speed, and impact. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility into decision-making and company growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work closely with founders on high-impact strategic initiatives including expansion, new business lines, and operational scale-ups
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive execution end-to-end
- Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and structured problem solving
Business Operations & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key business metrics and build dashboards to track performance across functions
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement in ongoing operations
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of priorities
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead and manage projects across teams including operations, sales, product, and partnerships
- Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Develop business cases, internal reports, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Convert data into actionable insights to guide business strategy
Business Development & Partnerships
- Support identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships (enterprise, hospitals, government)
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
- Participate in key discussions and help drive follow-ups to closure
Special Projects & Problem Solving
- Take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority problems and drive them to resolution
- Work on special initiatives such as new city launches, product pilots, or process redesign
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement scalable solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 0–1 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or similar high-impact roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
