We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive who has a passion for fragrances and sales. The ideal candidate will help customers discover their perfect scent while delivering an exceptional in-store experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and understand their fragrance preferences
- Recommend perfumes based on notes, occasions, and personality
- Demonstrate perfumes and explain fragrance profiles clearly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell perfumes, gift sets, and discovery kits
- Maintain store hygiene, product display, and stock arrangement
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat clientele
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or perfumes is preferred
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Passion for fragrances and luxury products
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
- Willingness to learn fragrance notes and brand stories
- Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
