About the Role:
Join Oberon Overseas as a Senior Advisor and help students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We are looking for a target-driven professional with strong counselling and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study abroad options (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups
- Manage applications, documentation, and visa guidance
- Recommend suitable universities based on student profiles
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years experience in study abroad / education counselling
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of admission & visa processes
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
