Job Description:
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup (office or work from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing emails, calls, and correspondence
- Data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing reports and documents
- Coordinating with team members and clients
- Other admin-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) or Diploma in Engineering or NIELIT "O" level Certificate
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, reliable, and quick learner
- Freshers are welcome to apply
