We invite applications for the role of Data Analyst to support reporting, analyse data, and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

Understand and identify relevant data sources (internal and external), and collect, validate and analyse data to support decision-making.
Reframe strategic and operational questions into questions answerable through data analysis.
Work with multiple university functions to understand reporting needs and analysis requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
Communicate analytical findings through clear visualisations, insights, and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve university processes and decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline with quantitative skills.
5+ years of experience in data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to understand operational needs and translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to quickly understand new domains, adopt new tools, and adapt to evolving institutional needs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and automation.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Student Information Systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and exposure to SQL, Python or other scripting and automation tools is an advantage.
