Job Title : JD _ Process Controller

Job Summary: We are looking for a Process Controller who will be responsible for process streamlining and drive continuous improvement in work while ensuring to meet work deadlines assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of tasks by various teams.
- Follow up with team members at regular intervals to track progress and address any delays or issues.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive reports on task completion and deadlines.
- Present regular status reports to the Business Head, highlighting key metrics and any areas of concern.
- Ensure all requirements and deadlines are met according to established processes.
- Maintain accurate records of task status and any deviations from the process.
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act like the POC to the people in the team from the time of onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining process standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
- Strategic agility with foresight and the ability to create alternate plans
- Experience presenting at both informal and formal training settings
