Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and relatives.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor/patient records.
- Answer, screen, and route telephone calls promptly.
- Provide information on hospital services, appointments, and visiting hours.
- Handle emergency calls as per hospital protocols.
- Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Support administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferably in administration/healthcare).
- Prior experience in reception or telephone operations, ideally in a hospital.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Patient-centric, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of hospital software preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
