- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to integrate Selenium with various testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts to enhance reliability.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices related to automated testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
