Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Representative to strengthen VitusCare's presence in Beawar and nearby territories. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and patient communities to increase awareness of VitusCare's dialysis and renal care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit nephrologists, physicians, diabetologists, cardiologists, and general practitioners regularly.
- Develop strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Promote VitusCare's dialysis services, nephrology consultations, and patient care programs.
- Identify and generate patient referrals for dialysis services.
- Conduct awareness programs, health camps, and patient education activities.
- Coordinate with hospital management and healthcare professionals for partnerships.
- Maintain referral databases and daily visit reports.
- Analyze local market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Support patient onboarding and service coordination when required.
- Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm
- B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing)
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Any healthcare-related qualification
Experience
- 1–5 years in:
- Medical Representative
- Pharma Sales
- Healthcare Marketing
- Diagnostic Marketing
- Hospital Business Development
- Dialysis / Nephrology Marketing (preferred)
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship-building and networking ability.
- Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry practices.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel across Rajasthan as per the requirement.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
