Role : Technical Presales / Solutions Consultant
Splenta is building enterprise software products across agentic applications, workflow orchestration, deterministic runtime, MCP integrations, and decision-support systems. The technical presales person will support enterprise sales by explaining the product, running demos, mapping customer requirements, and helping convert technical interest into paid pilots or enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run product demos for WAID, Peco, Arin, and related Splenta offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to product capabilities.
- Explain architecture, integrations, deployment, security, auditability, and enterprise fit.
- Support the growth/sales person during discovery, demo, proposal, and closure stages.
- Prepare solution notes, demo flows, technical responses, and requirement summaries.
- Identify whether a prospect is suitable for product, pilot, or custom implementation.
- Prevent overcommitment by clearly separating product capability, roadmap, and custom scope.
- Work with the engineering/founder team to prepare demo environments and proof-of-concept flows.
Required Skills:
- 3–7 years of technical presales, solution consulting, implementation, product engineering, or enterprise SaaS experience.
- Strong ability to explain technical products to business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, workflows, SaaS architecture, enterprise systems, and cloud/on-prem concepts.
- Able to conduct discovery calls and translate customer requirements into solution scope.
- Good written communication for proposals, demo notes, and technical responses.
Good to Have
- Experience with workflow automation, enterprise platforms, developer tools, AI/agentic systems, RPA/BPA, ERP/SCM/WMS/RMS/FMS, or integration platforms.
- Prior experience supporting US or global enterprise sales.
- Ability to create lightweight demos, diagrams, and solution documents.
Not Suitable
- Pure business development profile with no technical depth.
- Pure developer who cannot speak to customers.
- PPT-only presales profile.
- Someone who agrees to all customer requirements without understanding feasibility.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
