Key Requirements:
Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.
Experience: 5–10 years in real estate and auction property transactions.
Proficiency in DRT, NCLT, RERA, SARFAESI, and Civil Court proceedings.
Strong command over title clearance, registration procedures, and recovery-related litigation.
