Position: Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting project execution from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
- Create 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Review project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Review material selections, finishes, and product specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and approval drawings.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 1–4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, visualization, and presentation techniques.
- Ability to prepare realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
- Sound understanding of building construction, materials, detailing, and local building regulations.
