Position: Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to develop creative posts, reels, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the brand's tone, voice, and visual consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
