Job Summary
Kohinoor Floors is looking for a responsible, well-presented, and customer-friendly Customer Support & Field Executive to assist with customer interactions and office-related field work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers, maintaining records, and traveling locally to banks, offices, and customer locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide courteous assistance.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding customer requirements.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, collections, and other banking work.
- Deliver and collect documents, agreements, invoices, and other official papers from customers, vendors, and government offices as required.
- Assist with basic office administration and filing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and field visits.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned field tasks.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or above.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
- Ability to interact politely with customers.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel locally on a daily basis for official work.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
- Petrol allowance for official travel.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Incentives also include meal allowance and fuel reimbursement.

As per company working hours.
