Job Summary
Laxmi Hot Bakers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of finished goods, ensure timely deliveries, maintain dispatch records, and coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare dispatch invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for timely dispatch.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch registers and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Follow company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dispatch Executive, Dispatch Coordinator, or in Warehouse Dispatch.
- Experience in the Food, Bakery, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Logistics Industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
