Assistant Manager – Tea Factory

Location: Maynaguri, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal
Jai Jalpesh International Pvt. Ltd., a leading 3-Line CTC Tea Manufacturing Company, invites applications from experienced and passionate professionals for the position of Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day factory operations and production.
* Monitor green leaf procurement and quality.
* Ensure optimum tea recovery, quality, and production efficiency.
* Supervise manpower, shift planning, and factory discipline.
* Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery.
* Maintain production, quality, and inventory records.
* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Tea Board, and safety standards.
Eligibility
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Tea Technology, Agriculture, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in a Bought Leaf or Tea Estate CTC Factory.
* Sound knowledge of CTC tea manufacturing and quality control.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
