✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Planning Specialist to coordinate planning and material flow activities across suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing locations.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, monitoring performance, and aligning production execution with overall supply chain plans.
✅ What You’ll Do
Coordinate inbound and outbound planning activities across suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure timely material flow in line with production and supply plans
Track shipments, lead times, and production performance; identify risks and delays
Work closely with production and Procurement teams to ensure alignment with supply plans
Support logistics strategies and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with logistics processes, documentation, and requirements
Maintain accurate planning data and reporting in systems
Escalate issues that impact delivery performance and support timely resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning efficiency and service levels
What We’re Looking For
✔ 8–12 years of experience in logistics, transport, planning, demand plan or supply chain operations
✔ Understanding of planning, material flow, and planning coordination
✔ Knowledge of international planning and multi-site environments is a plus
✔ Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a focus on results and delivery
✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
