Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers/clients for payment collection as per assigned cases
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
- Maintain proper records of collections and visits
- Update daily reports to the supervisor/manager
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass/ PUC / Any Graduate
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of local area
