Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and focused Customer Service Associate with 0 - 6 months of experience to join our Edwiser team. The team is working on building new products to tap into potential new opportunities for our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-centric, and expert at collaboration in a cutting-edge tech environment.
Location: Remote(Located in Pune)
Type: Full-Time Position
Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gain expertise in WisdmLabs products.
- Handle customer emails to provide information, process orders, and address complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and communicate them to product managers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and software developers for seamless delivery.

Requirements:
- Ability to handle customer interactions and coordinate with teams for efficient service delivery.

- Good to have: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Freshers with excellent written & oral communication can apply.
- Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service/client-facing roles is a plus.
- Eagerness to solve problems and work collaboratively.
- Interest in technology and SaaS products is highly desirable.
Recruitment Process:
Round 1
The candidate will have to undergo an aptitude test and answer specific questions to help us evaluate innovative thinking processes, language skills, and logic. Based on the test and the candidate's answers, the CV will be shortlisted for the next round.
Round 2
On clearing the first round, the candidate will be scheduled for the final interview. After completion of this round, the candidate will be notified of the result via call or email in 1-2 days.
