About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Clearly explain products, services, and business offerings to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and offer solutions
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
