What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up with dealers and customers across India
- Explain product features, offers, and pricing
- Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to close sales and build customer relationships
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage
- Experience in automotive, accessories, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred
