Preferred Experience:
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in an Agency Company or performance marketing environment in (B2B Lead Generation)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads.
2. Structure Multiple campaigns, ad groups, targeting and bidding strategies to maximize qualified lead generation and ROI.
3. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
4. Implement and monitor accurate page view tracking, CTA button tracking, form tracking and conversion tracking.
5. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize B2B keywords, bids, targeting, audiences and budgets to improve results.
6. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to improve conversion rates.
7. Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.
8. Maintain a strong focus on B2B lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
9. Basic knowledge in Off-page activities.
10. Basic knowledge of B2B email marketing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
