We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and technology-driven ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Instructor to join our CBSE Senior Secondary School. Position: ATL InstructorKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging hands-on sessions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, IoT, Electronics, and 3D Design/Printing for students .
- Plan and implement ATL activities in line with NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) guidelines.
- Develop students' skills in Design Thinking, Computational Thinking, Problem Solving, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
- Mentor students for participation in ATL Marathon, CBSE Science Exhibitions, Robotics Competitions, Hackathons, AI Competitions, and Innovation Challenges.
- Maintain ATL equipment, robotics kits, electronic components, and laboratory inventory.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM education and experiential learning into classroom teaching.
- Organize innovation workshops, maker sessions, exhibitions, and community outreach programmes.
- Ensure proper documentation, project records, and compliance with ATL and CBSE requirements.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Certification or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, IoT, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, Scratch, App Development, or STEM Education will be preferred.
- Prior experience in managing an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) or STEM/Robotics Lab in a CBSE school is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with robotics platforms, sensors, microcontrollers, and AI tools.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE Skill Education, NEP 2020, experiential learning, and competency-based education.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to motivate students towards research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
