Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support: Posting job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and indeed; screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
2. On boarding & Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of offer letters, collecting new-hire documentation (KYC, educational certificates), and coordinating induction schedules.
3. Records Management: Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee files (e.g., leave records, personal details, and performance documents).
4. Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for basic employee queries regarding company policies, leave balances, or office procedures.
5. HR Support: Provide end-to-end support for all daily HR functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or B.A)
- Skills: * Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Shift timings: 10 am to 7 pm
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
