We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner
- Handle patient registration and maintain records
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Guide patients regarding services, tests, and billing
- Coordinate with doctors, lab, and other staff
- Manage billing, payments, and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Any degree or relevant qualification
- Experience in clinic/hospital reception is an advantage
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office)
- Friendly and patient-handling attitude
