</b></h5><ul><li>The successful candidate&rsquo;s primary responsibility would be to train our students in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures in cell phone repairing.
</li><li>Should be able to follow the syllabus in a systematic and timely manner and assist the trainees in a professional way .
</li><li>Should cover all maintenance and repair techniques during the time given.
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities and Duties</b></h5>
<ul><li>Conduct theory sessions on the software and hardware of mobiles</li>
<li>Conduct practical sessions on repairing and maintenance of mobiles</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions on effective customer service</li>
<li>Develop modules, activities and materials for effective training</li>
<li>Teach soldering, resetting, formatting and unlocking of both GSM and CDMA phones</li>
<li>Conduct evaluation of the candidates periodically and provide meaningful feedback post completion</li>
<li>Complete the training programs on time</li>
<li>Acclimatize the candidates towards real world job expectations</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience</b></h5>
<ul><li>A minimum of 4 years work experience
</li><li>Candidates with relevant experience in mobile repair training preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education</b></h5>
<ul><li>Graduates
</li><li>A Certificate Course/Diploma in Repair &amp; Maintenance of Cellular phone</li></ul></div></div></div><div></div>
