Role Overview
The Head – International Business Development will be responsible for expanding Medsurge India's international partner network, developing new markets, establishing strategic alliances, and driving international patient arrivals and revenue growth.
This is a leadership role with significant ownership and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international markets.
- Build partnerships with healthcare facilitators, clinics, hospitals, NGOs, corporates, and insurance organizations.
- Identify and onboard new referral partners.
- Develop and manage international information centres and country representatives.
- Organize medical camps, teleconsultations, and awareness programs.
- Work closely with hospital partners to promote treatment programs.
- Achieve patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in Healthcare Business Development, Medical Tourism, International Patient Services, Healthcare Partnerships, or related sectors.
- Strong international networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Africa, CIS, Middle East, South Asia, or international healthcare markets preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
