Overview: A Senior Architect Is an experienced professional who is responsible for designing the building from DCR angle, managing the construction activities of buildings along with Liasoning of the proposals. He should work with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements. They also oversee the work of other architects, engineers, and Contractors involved in the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of development control regulations is essential (UDCPR-20)
- Coordination with local munciple authorities
- Giving all design brief to the client
- Coordination with the various consultants regarding designing layout
- Liasonlng with the local authority as and when required.
- Reviewing building plans and site designs for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working. with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise. and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- lnterfaces with Director of Architecture and project managers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Technically creative and open-minded
Requirement:
- A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
- A MA degree in architecture or design might be preferable.
- A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an architect.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Special Skill Set: 2 To 4 years experience ,Municipal drawings
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
