Role Summary:
The primary function of the role is driving and achieving the Annual Business Plan of Online Sales by developing effective Marketing and product strategy for multiple business verticals. Provide inputs for technology, Manning, marketing trends and competitive insight into the e-commerce business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify key opportunities for revenue growth and develop a roadmap for the digital revenue strategy, outlining short-term and long-term goals.
- Review and analyze the current online sites to identify areas for improvement and bring in changes to improve online revenue (UI & UX improvements).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement cost-efficient strategies to drive traffic to the company's websites.
- Liaise with the product team to refine product communication in alignment with UI & UX improvements.
- Track website traffic to identify areas for improvement and Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve online revenue targets.
- Provide sales forecasts to help business in operation planning with capacity/inventory recommendations during key launches.
- Work closely with the system team to implement necessary changes in the overall online sales channel.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for online sales and related activities.
- Travel overseas as and when required for the business purpose
Experience & Educational Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory 5+ Years of Experience in the e-commerce platform industry.
- Familiarity with business and operations principles and practices.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
