We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up on leads and maintain client records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain proper communication and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Punjabi
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations effectively
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
