Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (e.g. B.Tech / M.Tech etc.)
Reports To: General Manager - Service
CTC: ₹ 3 LPA, based on experience
Key Note: Candidate should be local (Ludhiana)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Claim & Warranty Analytics
• Analyze warranty claim data on a continuous basis - by region, distributor, model, failure category, sales cohort, and Service Engineer.
• Maintain and continuously improve the central warranty dashboard. Ensure it is updated, accurate, and meaningful - and refresh it ahead of every monthly service review meeting.
• Build ad-hoc analyses on demand - e.g. failure analysis on a specific model, cohort behavior for batteries sold in a particular quarter, performance comparison across regions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance packs for the leadership team - covering claims volume, replacement cost, TAT, rejection patterns, SE performance, distributor health, and regional trends.
• Track KPIs against targets - support the leadership team in measuring and tracking KPI performance across the year.
Field Service Centre Support
• Act as one of the central points of contact for all 17+ service centers for issues related to ERP entries, stock reconciliation, claim logging, and reporting queries.
• Help branches resolve ERP issues, mis-entries, and data quality problems - both reactively (helpdesk) and proactively (audits and clean-ups).
• Support physical-vs-ERP stock reconciliation across branches, identify discrepancies, and drive corrections.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Support the rollout of new systems and tools across the service function - including the service mobile app, dashboards, and standardized reporting formats.
• Build standard operating procedures for recurring analytical tasks and train branch staff to follow them.
Cross-Functional Liaison
• Work closely with the Plant Quality team - feed cut-open analysis findings back into field reporting and vice versa.
• Coordinate with Accounts on warranty cost reporting and advance replacement credit tracking
• Support Sales / BD with distributor performance data and territory analysis when requested.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
