Position: Corporate Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for generating business from corporate clients, increasing room revenue, banquet sales, and long-term business partnerships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales visits, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate accounts through cold calling, client meetings, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, meetings, and other hotel services.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements for corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with prior experience in hotel corporate sales, banquet sales, MICE sales, or travel trade sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹29,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
