- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and provide practical and laboratory sessions for diploma-level pharmacy students.
- Curriculum Development: Create, update, and align course materials and syllabi with current industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., PCI, UGC).
- Student Guidance: Mentor and advise students on academic performance, professional development, and career paths. Guide students on projects and dissertations.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer exams, assignments, and practical assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Research and Professional Development: Engage in research activities and stay current with advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and education by attending workshops and conferences.
- Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and undertake other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaboration: Work with other faculty members to enhance learning opportunities and participate in interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Contribute to community outreach programs that promote public health and the role of pharmacists.
