Job Overview:
Dezire Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, particularly inside sales and cold calling. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and conversions
- Conduct cold calling to identify and approach potential clients
- Explain services effectively and address client queries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of sales (inside sales, cold calling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,417.73 - ₹35,185.16 per month
