Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in Upwork and Fiverr bidding. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, acquiring international clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through Upwork, Fiverr, and other online bidding platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
- Proven experience working on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
