About The Prime Step
The Prime Step is one of Indore's growing IT Training & Placement Institutes, helping students build successful careers through industry-oriented training in Programming, AI, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, and more. We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Counsel students and professionals about our training programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to improve conversions.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in the Education, Training, Coaching, or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
