Job Summary
Vasu Infosec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Graduate to join our Tendering team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in government procurement, e-tendering, and business operations. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in GeM, CPPP, MahaTender, and other e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tenders through GeM, CPPP, MahaTender, and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare compliance statements and compile tender documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as estimation, design, purchase, and accounts to collect required documents.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, clarifications, and submission status.
- Maintain tender records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Learn and ensure compliance with tender requirements and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates residing near Kothrud or having convenient metro connectivity will be preferred.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of GeM, CPPP, or government procurement processes.
- Internship or project experience related to procurement, documentation, or engineering.
- Interest in government contracting, EPC, fire protection, ELV, or infrastructure projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
