We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Help coordinate internal communication and engagement activities
- Assist with payroll data collection and HR analytics
- Draft offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR-related documents
- Participate in policy implementation and compliance-related tasks
- Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, ,or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment
