Job Description
We are looking for a WordPress Developer who can independently manage, maintain, and improve our company website.
The candidate should have good knowledge of WordPress development, website responsiveness, basic coding, SEO, website performance optimization, and AI/automation integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s WordPress website
- Regularly update website pages, content, banners, forms, and landing pages
- Ensure proper website appearance on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Make website changes using WordPress as well as custom coding when required
- Troubleshoot website, plugin, theme, hosting, and compatibility issues
- Improve website loading speed and overall performance
- Handle basic website security, backups, and plugin updates
- Implement on-page and technical SEO
- Manage meta titles, descriptions, sitemap, redirects, schema, and indexing
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Integrate enquiry forms, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other tools
- Build basic website automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or APIs
- Assist in implementing AI-based website features and workflows
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements regularly

- Hosting, cPanel, DNS, CDN, and Cloudflare
Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
Candidates should be able to show websites or projects they have personally worked on.
