About the Role
We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team on-site at our Mansarovar office. If you live and breathe social media, know exactly what makes a user stop scrolling, and can work closely with our marketing team to turn raw ideas into high-converting visual assets, this role is for you!
Your primary focus will be conceptualizing and creating high-intent social media video ads, highly engaging Reels/Shorts, and crisp marketing graphics that drive performance for our digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Video Editing: Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Short-Form Content: Pacing and editing engaging Reels and Shorts featuring dynamic captions, sound effects, hooks, and transitions.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching static ad creatives, social media posts, thumbnails, and banner layouts that align with brand aesthetics.
- In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with our campaign team to brainstorm concepts, review feedback in real-time, and execute quick turnarounds.
- Conversion Focus: Understand how to capture attention within the first 3 seconds of an ad using text overlays, visual pacing, and clear CTAs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office at Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
- Proven Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing past work in social media advertising, promotional videos, and reel editing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut (Desktop).
- Marketing Sense: Understanding of what makes an ad successful (clear visual hierarchy, text placement, and pacing).
- Punctuality: Ability to maintain regular office hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
