Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information about fabrics, silk sarees, dress materials, garments, and other textile products.
- Ensure a memorable shopping experience to encourage repeat business.
Sales & Product Promotion
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products based on customer preferences.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance repeat sales.
Product Display & Store Maintenance
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
- Replenish stock on shelves and counters as required.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
