About the Role
Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and admissions team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, understand social media trends, and be capable of creating visually engaging content that attracts students and strengthens our brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and can translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Create admission advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and other promotional materials.
- Design digital marketing assets including website banners, email creatives, and online advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts for student recruitment campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Create visually appealing presentations and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create designs optimized for digital and print media.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, media, advertising, or creative industries.
- Understanding of social media content trends and Gen Z-focused design styles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be a plus.
