Key Responsibilities
- Record and update inventory entries in Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and timeliness
- Track stock levels, product information, and inventory movements (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintain detailed records of product specifications, quantities, locations, and values
- Generate regular inventory reports and summaries for management review
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies in inventory data
- Create and maintain formulas, pivot tables, and data validation rules to ensure data integrity
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to verify inventory information
- Archive and backup inventory data according to company protocols
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or inventory management
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Experience creating automated reports and dashboards in Excel
