- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, promotions, and store policies.
- Guide customers to the appropriate departments and help them locate products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Assist customers with billing, exchanges, returns, and refund procedures as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, feedback, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, and cashier teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Promote loyalty programs, membership schemes, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Ensure product displays and customer service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for service improvement.
- Support crowd management during peak hours, promotions, and special events.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
