About the Role
GMTA Software is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with developers and project managers to create engaging digital experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Develop responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Improve website usability, accessibility, and user experience.
- Maintain design consistency across projects and follow brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize website layouts and user journeys for better engagement and conversions.
- Work on website redesign and enhancement projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Website Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating responsive website designs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing interfaces for WordPress and Laravel-based websites.
- Understanding of website performance, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design practices.
- Experience working with development teams in a software company environment.
